With over 10 years of experience in personal training, nutrition coaching, and health & wellness, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life — from youth athletes to C‑suite tech executives. My focus has always been on helping people move better, feel stronger, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health.During the COVID-19 lockdowns, I shifted gears and upskilled in IT, cloud networking, and cybersecurity. Like many who suddenly found themselves working long hours behind a screen, I became more sedentary, gained weight, and even faced a pre-diabetic diagnosis. That personal health ordeal gave me a new level of compassion for my clients — I know firsthand how easy it is to slip into unhealthy patterns, and how overwhelming it can feel to start over.Ultimately, that experience reignited my passion for fitness and reminded me why I started coaching in the first place. Fitness isn’t just about performance or aesthetics — it’s about reclaiming your health, building resilience, and creating a lifestyle that works in the real world.Today, I combine over a decade of coaching expertise with the empathy of someone who’s been through the struggle personally.
