  • What goals did you have when we started? When Joseph and I got started, I had been working out in a Crossfit-style, functional fitness routine for a bit. It did a lot for me in terms of overall strength and ability -- especially for key movements like squats and Olympic lifting -- but I also really wanted to get bigger arms, chest, and shoulders! How did training help you progress toward those goals? I worked harder with Joseph than I ever could on my own. Sometimes after an arm day, I'd get on my bike to go home and my arms would be shaking! The results of this supportive atmosphere and hard work were definitely what I was looking for. What did you enjoy most about our sessions? Joseph is smart, friendly, and easy to pass the time with.
